I wouldn't normally have written a review but after reading the only other review I felt that I had to post one. Our child has attended this centre for more than a year and we are extremely satisfied with the care he receives. The staff is very kind and attentive. The centre is always clean and the facilities are top notch. There is lots of outdoor time and a great mix of activities for the kids to enjoy. Being a teaching facility, the staff is very good at developing lots of creative activities and all the artwork and photos the staff take are well documented in our child's portfolio. To speak to the above incident report issue - whenever our child has an incident, it is reported to us immediately. I have never left the centre without being presented with a completed report and the situation described to me by a staff member. With regards to the door being open - we find the door to the centre is always closed and we always must identify ourselves and be buzzed in by staff. I highly recommend this centre.
